Bough my most recent car from Jds, I’m now 40k into ownership and not had a single fault! As promised a full service before I collected the car, it had brand new tyres & I honestly couldn’t find a single fault with any part of buying a car running the car for countless miles. My only regret is not finding this particular dealership sooner. Between me & the wife we have both used jds, in the not so near future we’ll be back again to upgrade both cars! Joseph is 10/10 honest reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Even better he now how’s expanded & everything can be done under one roof! 10/10 from us and if your reading this then go on treat yourself you’ll never use anywhere again for vehicles!!! Loving my new wheels. Amazing service and felt very welcome the minute I stepped through the door. Wasn’t pressured into buying the car or pressured in buying the most expensive car. I had a budget and Lucy made sure the car was in it. Couldn’t ask for better service

Would highly recommend using, Joe and his team are respectable and work at a high standard. Whithin a few days of contacting Joe himself, I had my car recovered to his garage and a whole new clutch fitted and an MOT done. The office team is understanding off your needs and very respectful, couldn’t fault their work. Joseph David Simm ltd is the garage to use if you’re wanting any job done. Wouldn’t rely on any other garage.

Just deleted my last review by mistake. Probably for the best as it was too long! To sum up - I bought a good car at a good price without feeling pressurised at all. A couple of issues became evident (Not a worry as this could happen with a new car too) but the car was taken in and thoroughly investigated and sorted. Car sales and workshop are now on one new site, so feel reassured that any issues will quickly be rectified. Good luck at your new premises Lucy (in charge of sales) and Joe (in charge of mechanics) I would recommend and use again.
