Wow what an amazing experience. I rang to ask about the car I wanted on Friday they said they would put 12 months MOT on before they delivered. Car was delivered on Monday they were so helpful and accommodating, they explained how they worked in detail and followed through with everything that was promised and more. On day of delivery they let me know what was happening and when they would arrive. They travelled 126 miles to deliver my car. The customer service is exceptional in the office. The delivery drivers were so friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail. I can't thank the company enough fantastic people exceptional customer service and overall the easiest most reliable service (I bought X999 **D you delivered to Cumbria) thank you, thank you, thank you

Just bought a Volvo XC70 from here. It took much longer than expected to get the IVA & DVLA registration through, none of this is in the hands of JCF. Throughout the process Kashif has been brilliant updating as things progressed and answering any questions along the way. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

I recently used Jap Car Finder to import a Subaru Impreza WRX and I must say the service was easy from start to finish. Back in January I enquired to see whether they could import a car for me in my price range and they found me the exact kind of car I was after. They bid on the car for me using a \xa3500 deposit taken from the overall price and took care of the rest. All import costs and such were included in my total price and so was the MOT (this doesn't include road tax). Fast forward to May and my car is ready for me to collect. The process was smooth and the staff provided excellent customer service all-round. If you're importing a particular vehicle these guys are the place to go. If I ever import anything else I'll happily use them again.
