We recently purchased an immaculate vehicle from Hodgsons and our experience was extremely positive from first visit to picking up our car. Holly was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and facilitated the whole process flawlessly, somehow making us feel as if our experience really mattered. She took time to help us select the right car for us and we came away delighted with Hodgsons service. We have recommended them to our neighbours who are looking to change their car in the near future, which speaks volumes- we have to live next to these people! Thanks to Holly and everyone at Hodgsons. We will return if in due course, we need to change again
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! As a young female, going to a car garage alone can be very daunting but right from the start I felt completely comfortable! Tim was super informative and helpful, any questions I asked were answered and he was very friendly and professional! Holly was also incredible and made me feel super comfortable as well, answering any messages I sent promptly and was very helpful as well! I could not recommend this garage enough especially being a young woman! Fantastic customer service from the team! I\u2019ve had my car just over a month now and it is everything I expected it to be and more! Thank you to you all at the garage especially Tim and Holly who I dealt with there!
I\u2019ve been using Hodgesons garage for my mot, repairs, tyre changes for a few years now. Jason the mechanic is always polite and helpful and gives you truthful advice, he\u2019s always willing to help. The prices are reasonable, work is done promptly. Can not recommend Hodgsons enough. Called in to view a car, was met by Peter absolutely no pressure and did me a cracking deal. Called in 2 weeks later for a courtesy cam belt kit fitting & met Jason, also worth is weight in gold. Would recommend 100%. Definitely be back thanks guys.
I bought an Audi Q2 end of May, the service was very good, everything was explained to and did a test drive. I absolutely love my new car. It had to go back as the rear wiper motor needed to be changed. The piece was ordered, changed within 30 mins and it didn't cost me anything as I have 6 months warranty for everything. Perfect costumer and sales service. Can't recommend them enough.
I booked my car in for its MOT, and on arrival I was greeted by Jason who was friendly and polite. He advised me there were a couple of cars in front of mine and if I wanted to wait I could use their waiting room and free wifi I was more than welcome to. I elected to take a rather scenic walk and wait for a call. Jason called a couple of hours later with news that my car had unfortunately failed its MOT. This left me in a predicament as I had left it until the last minute to get the MOT done and my wife was due to give birth very soon. Jason assured me they could sort the repairs and redo the MOT before the end of the day. Jason called me again as soon as he had ordered the part, gave me an estimate of when the part would arrive, when they would be able to get the car back onto a ramp and how long the work would take. I arrived back at the garage a little early I was pleased to see my car being moved out of the garage and round to a parking space. I was very happy with the work they completed and would return again.

The whole process of buying a car was made so easy and simple. Viewed the car and then less than a week later it had been serviced and I was driving it home.
