I found James to be very helpful and wasn't pushing for the sale at all. On initially test driving the car I wasn't 100% sure but I was allowed to drive the car as many times as possible until made my own decision, Neil was also helpful in this process. I paid a none refundable deposit based on James's discripton of the car it was exactly as he'd discribed. In a process I wasn't familiar with they were very helpfull and I would use their services again.
