I highly recommend Arnold Clark. The communication is very good. We knew what was happening every step of the way. Staff are friendly and helpful. We got the best price for our trade in from Arnold Clark. I loved the option of evaluation by video. Our car arrived 2 days earlier than expected that was a lovely surprise.
I brought my car for £16,000 and I had it for one day as the seat was broke and was a major health and safety violation and it currently been fixed so it wasn’t checked when it says it was and the guy I dealt with at the olbury branch was so rude and just and arse tbh and not having a good experience and haven’t had anything in return for there mistakes
Found the car in autotrader. The sales guy went out of the way to provide me with additional information. Collected me from the train station. Carried out all of the pre delivery improvements agreed. Very pleasant showroom and personnel. A long way to travel but a nice experience
