I went to Arnold Clark at Sighthill motor store Edinburgh,I had the pleasure of meeting salesman David McLeod what a gentleman he was.David made me feel most welcome and comfortable,David wasn’t a pushy salesperson he was pretty cool and got me a good trade in price on my car and he was so helpful in going through the deal for me,very polite man thanks again David for everything you did for me
Have the worst service. How do you deal with a transporter and it takes more than a week for a car to be delivered and you tell me its out of your hands and now in the domain of the transporter. Did i deal with any transporter. Moreso how do you deal with delivering peoples cars and the client cannot track the whereabout of the vehicle in the whole process. You takr 199 quid and you are left in the dark as to when you will br called to pick up. Never use click and collect its not worth the waiting.
Jordan and Aaron were first class before I went to the showroom to collect the car and then on the day of the collection, they were totally professional, friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience to be most enjoyable and relaxing. Family members had recommended Arnold Clark beforehand and Jordan and Aaron 100% lived up to my expectations. Thank you to them and AC and all the staff at Stourbridge.
