I was very pleased with the car and everything the dealership did to fix a couple of initial issues. I didn't feel listened to about another issue though and had to do a lot of digging to get it resolved.

What can I say! 5 star from me. I came in on the 18th Jan when you opened and all I can say from start to finish was a breeze. From looking at all the cars to picking and sorting out my tax. Nothing was left untouched. Any question I had was answered fully and I left with my brand new car feeling I had support if I needed any. It’s the small details in life that make an experience so much better and you all done it for me. Next time I go looking I’ll make sure it’s not at 3am.. 😂

To Barry and the Team. Just wanted to thank you for supplying and helping our Tesla Model X when it’s had issues. Problem solving and working with the warranty company when needed. 6 months on still happy customers and will recommend you to our friends and family and return for our next cars. It’s not just about the car as thy didn’t make it (obviously) but what they do when there’s an issue. That’s customer service. Wishing you all happy Christmas and prosperous new year.
