I recently took possession of my vehicle and had a positive experience with FOW. The sales advisor, Sienna Steele, provided exceptional service from my initial inquiry. She was consistently enthusiastic and thorough in addressing all my questions, which was particularly valuable given that I was purchasing a car from a dealership located several hours away. Despite some delays after the booking, the team at FOW, including Sienna, maintained open communication and provided status updates even on her days off, an effort I greatly appreciate. Following the booking, the vehicle presented some technical issues. FOW demonstrated a strong commitment to vehicle quality by proactively replacing the necessary parts at their own expense, adhering to manufacturer recommendations, which ultimately included a part replacement. This dedication is truly commendable and significantly enhances customer trust in the dealership's commitment to its clients.
Glad to take your money and make sure all finance issues are sorted . Vehicle not prepared to correct standard with jobs not done that were requested . Delivered late afternoon then battery died that 1st evening . Was promised a follow up phone call after delivery to check all was OK 10 days later still waiting
The staff are very friendly nothing was to much trouble as on we were both of the older generation so under standing the new technology was baffling,the staff were brilliant they explained each step of the way the different make of car what our needs were when finally we made our choice and picked it up all the dash board and controls expertly explained well done Fords your staff are 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
