I came to look at a car on the Tuesday, and collected the car on the Saturday. The process from start to finish was stress free and seamless. Amelie was really helpful and I felt no pressure at all to purchase the car. She helped me get the best price for my car as a part exchange and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
A big shout out to the aftercare service, Liv was a real star when I contacted FOW. All the staff I dealt with buying my car were absolutely brilliant, the whole process was smooth and professional. But, what has made this a 5 star review is the after care FOW offer. They proved that even though you’ve paid your money they absolutely still make sure you are looked after. I can’t thank you enough Liv!
Great experience getting our car. Justin was very helpful when me and my partner came in, even though we didn’t have an appointment and it was getting late, close to their closing time on a Tuesday. We picked the car up by the Friday. When we first viewed the car on the Tuesday, we noticed a fault and Justin agreed it would be repaired before collection. Unfortunately the job hadn’t been done when we came to collect it, so I had to go back into the sales office and ask again. To be fair, they sorted it within an hour. The only other negative was that I received a phone call to arrange collection before the finance had been fully sorted and agreed which then caused confusion. Other than that, everything was arranged and sorted within 24 hours and we’re really happy with the car and the service overall.
Excellent service. Hundreds of cars to choose from at competitive prices. A special thanks to Tom who did a great job in making us feel very welcome and relaxed. One note of advise would be to take a screen shot of the cars you like on the website, and show them to the reception desk on arrival. It will save a lot of time.
Where should I start? Got in the car for a test drive, the seats were soaking wet. Driving away after the purchase the tank was empty with only 6miles left. The rear window wiper was shredded. I asked beforehand for the engine compartment to be cleaned, It wasn't. I paid £399 for a "life shine" treatment Which hasn't been done, all I got was a box of cleaning products in the boot but no certification to say it had been done. and the general valet of the car was poor. Could not honestly recommend.
