I’ve just bought a car from Fords of Winsford. The process was easy and Dee was really helpful without being overbearing. Dee explained everything to me and it was simple to understand, he was able to give knowledgeable information on the car I was purchasing and answered all my questions fully. I am really happy with the experience and service provided as well as my new car!
We found buying our dacia spring from FOW easy from start to finish.the only downside was that the previous owners details had not been deleted from the cars memory and we could not connect to the dacia app it took a couple of days to sort out how to delete their info.otherwise no problems at all
I spotted the car that I wanted on the eve of departing for a holiday, so all communication was done via email but everything was impeccable. Anastasia was great every step of the way, making sure everything was clear, both via email and in person when I collected the car. When I arrived, I found the place to be immaculate, vibrant and very friendly. All round a great experience and I'm very happy with the car!
