Went to the yard Monday bank holiday gates open walked around found two cars we liked had cash to buy but sadly no response from the number and no one available on site so clearly more profit in second hand cars then I thought the vehicle we wanted was a Citroen picasso sat in the hill on the way in but with as many second hand yards as there are good luck
Brought a car from fort southwick back in August 2023 on finance, put \xa32000 deposit down and had the car for roughly 4 months and paid \xa371 a month. The car had ongoing issues, the car was in the garage more than I had it. Was told everytime that I had to drop it to all stars garage in portchester for it to be \u201cfixed\u201d which it never was the lights were just turnt off and reset! I went back to them and told them I\u2019d had enough and the car clearly wasn\u2019t being fixed! I was heavily pregnant at the time and was only 18 about to be a single mum therefore didn\u2019t have the money after paying out for the car to go elsewhere and have it fixed or buy a new one. They offered me back \xa31000 for it, which I was left with no choice but to take as the car was undriveable! Since recently going to citizens advice for something completely different and them coming across just 4 months of finance I explained this situation and have been told to contact small claims court to get the whole money back. Which I will now be taking the steps to do as I didn\u2019t realise I was able to do this at the time. I do not recommend this car dealer whatsoever!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Can't fault them at all, first time buying a car from a non local garage and having it delivered rather than viewing in person. Any small issues were easily sorted when dealing with Daryl, he has been superb throughout the process. I've got a great car, at a great price and had great service throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, however I'm hoping for a good few years out of my new car. Thanks Daryl and team for everything.
