Biggest heap of crap I've ever bought, not had it a year. Was filthy when took possession. Have since needed to replace the brake pads and discs and calipers on the rear. Also the pads and discs on the front, rotten with rust. Remotes on the steering don't work from day one said they couldn't sort it. Windscreen washer was leaking sorted but leaking again. Also a new battery had to be purchased, spent the best part of nearly a \xa31,000 on this vehicle. Do not recommend this dealer. Note for the record that the steering wheel controls were not discussed at the time of purchase. The car should not have been sold with the condition of the pads and discs and don't tell lies about the car I traded for this heap of rubbish.
My son bought a car from them which I financed. 4 months after purchase it had a catastrophic engine failure. Contacted Consumer Advice Scotland and followed their procedure to see if could get fixed, upshot is Formula said down to driver's driving! Tried to use Section 75 to get money off credit card, no go as deposit was returned. Took it to Financial Ombudsman but they backed up crefit card company. Went Motor Ombudsman who say Formula One not accredited with them so despite this garage saying if you are not happy with their decision you can go to Motor Ombudsman it means they will not undertake an investigation and therefore the garage cannot be held to account. Motor Ombudsman can only act as mediator. The case has been referred to two Trading Standards Falkirk and West Lothian. Watch this space! The point I'm making is we are \xa36990 out of pocket and I would NOT recommend this garage.
After months of searching for a car I came across formula one car centre when I turned up I was greated by grant, who was more than helpful very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions grant showed me a wide range of cars he thought would suit my needs and I had them all out for a test drive finally after months of searching grant had helped me find the right one. Grant was professional and absolutely amazing I assured grant I would be back to buy my next car from him as he made not just myself but my family feel very welcome and comfortable, thank you grant you went above and beyond for me and I appreciate your hard work and effort
Bought a focus st from them 3 weeks ago. Requested they fix a broken wing mirror unit before I collect the car 2 weeks ago on Saturday. To be told the part hadn’t arrived but it would be fixed when I could bring the car back in so I was fine with the that. Fast forward to Tuesday April 1st, I take the car in and they replace the slightly cracked mirror unit that doesn’t fold for one completely broken that does fold. I went off on 1 and demanded it be fixed and I was assured it would be rectified today. Only for yesterday the sales man Grant to text me saying the part hasn’t arrived. Euro car parts sell the very wing mirror have it in stock and deliver same day or next day \U0001f914. Clearly hasn’t even bothered to order the part. Great sales pitch but absolutely disgusting after care. Avoid this garage at all costs. Save yourself the hassle of having to fight to get any kind of customer service/ after care. Also be very careful with their web page it still has cars already sold advertised as for sale. Which is false advertising.
We bought Range Rover Sport and the service we received was top notch. Salesman was Grant who couldn’t have helped any better with purchase of car. The service was amazing and I would strongly recommend using FormulaOne cars to any new buyers looking for a new vehicle
