Bought a car, they hid how bad the rust was, I would not have known without removing under trays and covers. Took to a garage for an inspection (luckily) who said this car should not have got through previous MOT’s and will not get through any more without a lot of work resulting in it costing far more then the car was worth (the garage also said I was lucky the car hadn’t completely fallen apart with how bad the sub-frame was). Tried returning the car but apparently they would “need to repair the rust before selling the car again” (which they early should have done in the first place before selling me the car. And refuses to refund the total amount. Car was \xa33800 and I lost \xa3500 returning it because somehow the rust comes out of my pocket when they sold the car with full knowledge of this issue and tried to save money by not fixing it. And when it was brought to them I have to be the one paying partially for the repairs. Would not recommend. Which is a real shame because the guys I spoke to seemed lovely. Just a shame it was a scam!

Before I write this i know faisal and his company will say there's no proof as we can not find the sales invoice, but the car did come fro. Here I would not waste my time writing a review otherwise. The audi rs4 which they sold my partner was a cat N vehicle which we only discovered when my partner went to sell the car. Yes my partner should of done research on the car, but it is down to the dealership to tell the buyer this. Also a week later the car had to go to the garage as the drivers seat belt was faulty the audi specialist said if there was an accident the seat belt would be of no use. This fraying was under the plastic part of the seatbelt. When I emailed the company they tried to say that the company it was purchased from went into liquidation which was a lie. Yes we have lost the invoice but they have no record of a \xa313,000 car being sold. Obviously this is only my opinion but i would stay clear of this company and looking at other reviews I'm not the only one thinking this. We have lost so much money and sleep over this.

Raj and Faisal were amazing to deal with. Purchased a stunning white Mercedes G63 AMG and they gave me a very good price for my part exchange. Received a full detail, wheel refurbishment, service check and free delivery to Yorkshire. A+ highly recommend

Literally can not recommend this place enough for a car, got my golf yesterday and they guys are amazing, so welcoming and polite. As soon as I got there they handed me the keys to have a look around the car (it was in unreal condition) they then let me take the car for a test drive. I was there for some time they made me and my friend a coffee while we was waiting, made a lot of conversation made us feel very welcome. The other cars there we took a look at were also very clean! 10/10 definitely recommend! Thank you guys again!

Bought a used car here and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, and the purchase process was smooth and easy. I had a suspension issue during the 3-month warranty period, and it was resolved quickly and without hassle. Highly recommend!

Dealt with Raj when purchasing a VW Sharan. Very honest guy, transparent and explained everything to the finer detail. An issue came up with the air con after purchasing the car, but Raj has been very helpful and organising for it to be fixed ASAP and offering a courtesy car when doing so. My case was: I bought a car from FM motor Co. Lovely BMW 330e. I didn’t have option to come and check it, ordered delivery. FM said they can make delivery. Day after, car was in front of my door. Unfortunately there was some issues with radar of this car (what was affecting safety systems like cruise control, warnings etc.) They arrange an appointment with garage close to me, garage said they can fix that in 2 weeks. I didn’t trust the car with this issues so I called to FM and said I want a refund and return the car. And here is situation, what made me speechless.. They checked the car for any new damages. I was ready for a battle (that wasn’t here, scratch, dirty etc.) They just called me, I was told the car is in the same condition they sold it to me, understood safety system doesn’t work, your money will be on your account next working day. Money is here, responsiveness on WhatsApp in a minute with every detail. Returning lovely car is not good feeling but FM made it right for me. FM Motor CO, if you’re reading it, nice one.. 5 stars

Without doubt the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. No silly hard sell like big dealerships. Raj and Faisal couldn't have been more helpful. When the time comes to change the car again I will definitely be going to these guys first.
