Massive thanks to Lindi and the team for all of your support throughout this purchase, really happy with the car and would recommend Fida Motors to friends and family! I recently purchased my Mercedes-Benz C-Class from Fida Motors and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to find me the best finance deal available and secured a very competitive rate, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I looked at several cars with other dealers before making my decision, but the level of service and the standard of the vehicles at Fida Motors were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt valued as a customer throughout. I would highly recommend Fida Motors to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service. Thanks again to the team for making the purchase of my Mercedes such a positive experience.
I can\u2019t recommend Aaron at Fida Motors enough! From start to finish, his service was absolutely top-tier. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of, answering every question with genuine patience and professionalism. What stood out the most was his total transparency. Aaron, kept everything completely clear, honest, and straightforward. No hidden surprises or pushy sales tactics, just genuine, quality service. Truly cares about his customers and takes real pride in his work. If you're heading to Fida Motors, do yourself a favor and ask for Aaron. We couldn't be happier with our experience!
Drove from Leeds to Wickford to pick up my c43 from Fida Motors. Aaron was spot on from initial contact to me driving the car away 11 days later. Gave me an amazing deal on my trade in and even let me reserve the car for longer than the standard 5 days due to the distance I would be travelling, made the whole process so smooth and there was absolutely zero pressure throughout the whole sales process. Highly recommend and would definitely go to him again for my next purchase.
I purchased a BMW 440i Convertible from Aaron in mid March , the customer service from the initial phone call to the transfer of ownership was great, however the standard of preparation for the car was not, aside from the exterior being quite dirty and full of scratches on viewing, the car otherwise presented well, it should have had a fresh MOT applied before purchase but I was told due to time constraints that this was not possible if I wanted to view the car on the weekend, given the dealership was over 150 miles away I chose to accept their offer of \xa340 towards the upcoming MOT, a day after purchase the PCV failed which whilst a common fault took over a week to repair, a coolant leak alongside water ingress from both B pillars was also noted, within a month the car had repeatedly gone into limp mode, this took about 3 months to resolve with repeated trips to a specialist but the cost of the repair was covered entirely by the dealership and the level of aftercare at this point was very good. After many months the car was finally in a state where it could be reliably used and the drivetrain problems had been sorted, I then asked the dealer about the leaky roof which had been a problem since day 1 of purchase only to be told that because they pressure wash the car they determined this was not an issue at the time of sale, which was demonstrably false because in less than 24h since purchase I had sent a video of water dripping into the interior, they also ignored my request for the agreed upon \xa340 MOT test refund since the car was not sold with atleast 6 months MOT as advertised I had also mentioned multiple times that the car would whine under acceleration once it was warmed up but no solution was offered, it turned out the gearbox was the cause and has been serviced at my expense, the dampers were also misting oil and have now failed, their "specialist" garage they used to fit the control arms before I collected the vehicle did not tighten down the bolts to specification causing them to prematurely fail after 3 months of use, again another cost I have had to bear as this would have been noted in the an MOT the car was supposed to be sold with When I presented this information to them they ignored all calls and messages until I called without caller ID but they washed their hands of responsibility mentioning "they had a laught in the office" about it and it was my car now and I was "lucky" they even covered the drivetrain faults in the first place because I had paid cash. So whilst Fida did cover all drivetrain repairs which amounted to a couple thousand and there was effort put in to get the car driveable as soon as possible, the standard of car they sold was overall poor, there were many little things like a cracked sun visors, interior trim just falling off when driving, a loose downpipe clamp causing a rattle, higher than typical oil consumption (1L/1300m) to the more major issues with the gearbox, dampers, control arms, damaged roof seals, not sticking to their word and fobbing off complaints This review was written after the car (purchased in March) has been without major problems for 1 month now in mid August, hopefully it will remain that way
