Overall, I found Evolve Motor Company good to deal with and I\u2019m happy with the car I purchased. I dealt with Matthew Cox, who was helpful throughout the purchase and made the process straightforward. I paid my deposit on 15th August, but they subsequently discovered that the bonnet latch was broken and needed replacing, which understandably delayed the delivery. Delivery was then booked for 25th August. I rang on the 24th to confirm everything was still going ahead and was expecting the car to arrive on the 25th, so I arranged to wait in all day. Unfortunately, the car didn\u2019t arrive because an engine warning light had come on and they needed to investigate and repair the problem. The repairs were carried out and the car was eventually delivered on 28th August. I was pleased that they made sure the issues were properly sorted before delivering the car, as I\u2019d much rather they fixed any problems than sent the car out with them. My only criticism would be the communication. I had to make several phone calls myself on the 25th to find out what was happening, rather than being contacted and kept informed about the delay. I completely understand that unexpected problems can happen with a used car, but a quick phone call to let me know would have made a big difference. Overall, I\u2019m happy with the car and the service I received from Matthew. A good experience overall, but the communication around the delivery delay could definitely have been better.
Unbelievable experience, best car buying experience I've had to date and I've bought and sold loads of cars. Had a really bad experience the same week with Auto100 who are a massive outfit but these guys in Newport are the best! Gave me a fair trade in and although I was downgrading massively Kabir made me feel good about it. Kabir also did plenty of homework before I came down and made a list of all the cars that could suit my needs, not seen anyone do this before. He was so friendly and his attitude alone made me want to buy a car from them. People relations goes a long way! I had some cash due back and as promised it was paid back the same day. I'm gutted to have sold my pride and joy but delighted at the way it all happened. I'll 100% be back to buy from these guys again
Cannot recommend Evolve and more specifically Matthew enough. Saw them post a car on social media and enquired right away. I had a walk around and video sent across and finance options very quickly and managed to secure the car on the same day. Finance was arranged simply and easily and the service was very impressive start to finish. I had a problem with my old car which the insurance was sorting, but this delayed the part exchange and hand over for a month. Matthew was so patient throughout the whole process, and evolve held the car for me for all this time which I thoroughly appreciate. 5 stars for the quality of the car, the experience and collection. Cannot recommend enough!
Picked my new RS3 up from Evolve last week. What a fantastic service from start to finish. I was greeted by Matthew on the forecourt who provided professional and amazing guidance throughout the whole journey, He answered any questions and was very helpful.
