Firstly communications was very good, started through eBay then WhatsApp, a lot of back and forth and it was positive. Then paid deposit then comms slowed down and I thought I’d been scammed however they started messaging again. Paid \xa3750 for added warranty with warranty wise for 2 years but latter found out they only paid \xa3430 and only for 1 year. Was told the vehicle had full service and new disks and pads, however you can clearly see this hasn’t been done and it amazes me how it passed an MOT. Personally I would recommend to do you homework before going near this dealership.

Awful customer service. Called to enquire about a BMW 7 series which I was prepared to offer cash for a 17.5k car however, the car had many question marks around it and when asked the dealership, they were reluctant to answer. I have offered myself to come and check the car but it’s a 1.5hrs drive and so, asked if open on sensible offers. The dealer asked straight up 3 times in a row how much, to which I replied based on what I can see and questions still pending, 16k cash to which they hanged up the phone, awful!
