Our salesman Corey, went out of his way to help us during our part exchange purchase of an EV Hyundai. His cheerful and helpful manner was clearly backed up by a good knowledge of the vehicle. The sales manager made a point of coming out to help the deal progress when we hit a bump. I would recommend this dealership and staff without reservation
After visiting bigmotoring world with no joy we called at Evans halshaw in Wakefield, we was treated by Chris Hudson, and what a friendly helpful guy he was, he was very helpful and very knowledgable, we bought a car that day a SEAT ARONA automatic, I’ve never driven an automatic but Chris put me at ease 😊 what a great guy he is 😊 we picked the car up a few days later, it was all ready for us 😊 thanks again Chris you are a top guy 😊 we would highly recommend Chris Hudson thanks Chris
They offer a messaging option on their website but when you send them an admittedly slightly unusual service request about a software update they simply don't reply despite sending a reminder as well.... It's not very good service to not at least reply that they weren't interested or aren't capable.
