Terrible never again, I'll be glad to be rid of this terrible garage. Took motability car for service was told it takes 2 hours. 3 hours later im still sat waiting they're saying it'll be done soon, the fatigue and pain is now too much I've been out the house for far too long without my medications. I start vomiting in a bag, a further 2 hours i sit there vomiting in a bag waiting for my car. I look to the right and see the mechanics stood around eating ice creams. Beyond a joke and its due again next week for mot which i am dreading because they will no doubt keep me sat around 4 or 5 hours and i will end up in a flare up vomiting in a bag again. Car goes back end of may and glad to be rid of this shambles of a garage.
Visited Sun 03/05/2026 - Test drove Blue Fiesta which test drove fine - however there were a few issues with unexplained water coming from underneath, Trim on Drivers door window not fixed down and several marks on car. The two members of staff tried to sell extra products over the top of the asking price which we did not want - said they had spent £2000.00 on the car but did not explain what the £2000 covered saying that they were making a loss on the car! They did not want to try to negotiate a price and their manner was quite aggressive when we did not want to buy the car at the asking price saying that the car was not for us. My wife has had 3 full lease cars serviced there each year. We would have expected a less negative approach.
Buying the car was fine but as picking the car up was told they could not find the spare key and would phone me the following day 2 weeks passed and nothing so after 9 phone calls to the garage they finally phoned me to say they were now looking for it and nothing since , been in touch with complaints department 3 times and nothing from them either, getting the sale then ignoring the customer seems normal for this garage.
Warning: Poor Customer Care Despite Serious Faults I purchased a car from this dealership, and within 5 months the injector failed, followed by complete engine failure at 12 months (36,000 miles). Despite an independent engineer’s report showing that the engine had been incorrectly repaired prior to my purchase, the dealership refused to accept any responsibility or offer assistance. I had to rely on the finance company to resolve the situation. For a dealership of this size, this behavior is absolutely shocking. It’s clear they are more concerned with sales than with supporting their customers. Please exercise caution if considering buying from especially when they are selling vehicles with faulty engines and getting away with it.
