We went to the Gateshead branch when looking for a new EV. We looked for someone to help us not one person came over to see if we were ok even though we were stood around for 10 minutes they just carried on with their conversations between each other. Extremely poor customer service. You lost a possible sale as we bought from another dealership not Evan's Halshaw!!!
Visited Evans Halshaw Chorley on Saturday 2/5/26 looking for a small car for myself . Tesh was the sales advisor we had the pleasure of dealing with , he is very professional and took us through the process with such helpfulness. Visited again on Monday 4/5/26 to collect my new purchase. I would thoroughly recommend Evans Halshaw to family and friends
