After an initial wait, we saw Mohammed Mollik. He made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He kept us informed all the way through our car buying experience. What a lovely genuine person to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Certainly recommend the team at BYD Mansfield. They were all very helpful. Thanks Mohammed, we are enjoying our new car.
Excellent service when taking my car for an airbag recall inspection. Was able to choose a time that suited me. Plenty of communication before the date. On the day easy to book in was advised it would take up to two hours. Went shopping locally while I waited. Received a call after 40 mins to say it was ready. Staff were all polite and helpful.
What a fantastic company! Just bought a Vauxhall Combo Life from the Leeds site. Dealt with magnificently by an honest, non pushy well informed guy called Mr Hamsa Sakoor. What a character, pleasant, knowledgeable and made the whole process painless and delightful. 5 star gent!
I have nothing but dislike for Ford and after 15 years I will be looking at alternatives at my next change. Poor engineering in the Puma and absolute lack of empathy at point of critical repair. Also the 3 year warranty proves to have many failings. How can a vehicle less than three years old require a new gearbox and new clutch!!!! I have been driving for 44 years and never before had such a poor experience or a similar problem with gearbox/clutch.
Bought a BMW from them last August. I've driven 4,500 (careful) miles in that time and when I took it to their local branch for an MOT today, it needed two new tyres. Admittedly, that's my fault for not checking the treads properly when I bought it. Now the reason I didn't check is that I paid for a two-year warranty and was explicitly told the deal came with a fresh set of tyres, when needed. Great. Ah, but there's a catch. That only applies to 'accidental or malicious damage.' Not wear and tear - which means they willingly sold me a car with two badly worn tyres. Hey, you live and learn. What I've learned is that Evans Halshaw are slippery customers and this is the last car I'll ever buy from them - and would advise anyone thinking of buying from them to be extremely cautious.
I was recommended Evans Halshaw Preston as a good place for my Ford Fiesta to be serviced & MOT'd. I can safely say I was not disappointed. Easy to book, a friendly and knowledgeable reception and top customer service throughout. The vehicle video health check is a fantastic feature and helps provide a good visual aid as to the condition of areas of your vehicle not normally seen. Very pleased with the service received.
