After years of buying cars, I've found the whole experience at Evans Halshaw BYD Mansfield to be one of the best. Even thought the dealership is going through a major refit, the staff were very welcoming and I have nothing but praise for Tommy, who went above and beyond to look after me. Within days we had completed a deal and I drove off with a big smile in my new car. Thank you Tommy for looking after me.
Took my car in for 3rd Service to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Middlesbrougheverything as expected from booking service to collection of vehicle upon completion including complimentary washing of my car. The only downside is this branch no longer provide collection of customers car or customer drop off and collection upon completion of serviceand as the garage is not on public transport route it maked taking to and collection of customer's vehicle arkward for tghosenot living nearby
Purchased a very nice Nissan from there Wolverhampton branch. I had to pay an extra £20, so it would be delivered with that amount of petrol in the tank (great idea). But on delivery the dial was on the red, I cost £63 to fill up. And secondly was told the car had 2 keys, but again on arrival there was only 1 key. Now it’s taken 7 weeks, and a lot of phone calls to eventually obtain a second key from a dealership in Colchester.
Highly recommended! From the moment we first walked into the dealership to explore the new range of Renault cars, right through to driving away in our new Renault Captur Esprit Alpine, the entire experience was exceptional. At every stage of the process, we were made to feel genuinely valued and well looked after. After deciding on the Captur, we were offered a test drive and given plenty of time to properly experience the car and assess its performance, with no sense of pressure. Ramsay Allen looked after us throughout and guided us carefully through the various options and deals available. He was knowledgeable, patient, and completely transparent, allowing us to make an informed decision at our own pace. We did visit other dealerships to ensure we were getting the most competitive offer, but Evans Halshaw clearly stood out - not just on value, but on overall customer experience. When we collected the car today, we were once again impressed by the personal approach. Ramsay helped us seamlessly transfer our old car, complete the paperwork, arrange the printing of our private plates, and explained the process of moving from the existing registration to our personalised plate. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Iain, the Branch Manager, also took the time to personally thank us for choosing Evans Halshaw, which made the occasion feel even more special. The thoughtful gift he presented to us was a lovely touch and really underlined their appreciation. All in all, we’ve had an outstanding experience with Evans Halshaw, and we absolutely love our new car. Special thanks to Ramsay Allen for making the whole journey so enjoyable and stress-free.
