Embarrassing and disappointing. Took my car for annual service Leeds hyundai, Then I found out they didn't put back the oil stick now the oil spits everywhere. Nothing works right there. Except the sale team you wont get anywhere with the service team. I called them few days ago. And still waiting for the manager's call. I called back and they said he's busy with many different meetings. Which means they don't wanna deal with the mess they created. A local mechanic and business care more about customers than these people. They're damaging hyundai reputation on purpose.
Not informed the Peugeot garage had moved sites, when I turned up for MO T, so was informed where to go. When I drove to new Peugeot garage, nobody around in reception. After a while was told I needed to go to the Citroen garage next door! All this could have been avoided if I had been informed of where Peugeot had moved to, and exactly where I needed to take my car for MOT, when I booked it in on phone. Or by email.
