I submitted two website enquiries about a vehicle (leaving a few days between each) both of which only got an auto-response from the website, but no personal response from staff. Rather than wait any longer for someone to get back to me, I decided to drive to the dealership only to be met with what I can only describe as indifference, which is a bit of a shame as although I noticed the vehicle in question needed the usual wear items to be replaced before too long (front & rear brake discs & pads, possibly tyres too), it seemed as though it was in pretty good condition. The apparent lack of interest on their part both via website and in person has left me feeling a little cold and so as I'm in no rush I'll likely look elsewhere.
I bought my car 2 years ago from Empire Cars Bedford and can only compliment the level of service, expertise and friendlyness of the staff. As someone who isn't very knowledgeable about cars, they always explain everything to me in the best possible way for me to understand more about my car and its features.
