Visited the sales garage on the 2nd January and was greeted by Mark who was attentive and listened to what I needed. He managed to get the paperwork and car ready for today and even waited for me after closing because I was delayed on rail replacement busses. Top member of staff and my overall experience of the non pushyness, the process and of course the car itself warrants this 5 star Google review. Thank you

Cannot recommend ECC enough, first time meeting Whitney had a really good feeling about the garage and they didn't disappoint. Purchased a Kia Sportage, within the week noticed a misfire, it just felt a bit off. After some investigations it was a failed DPF, with no hesitation they provided a courtesy car and repaired within the week, covered by the warranty. Communication was excellent. I don't expect second hand garages to know everything about every vehicle and find all (if any) faults, but its about how they deal with it. Couldn't fault Mark or Whitney at all, when we are in the market for a used car a again, without fail we will be back. I have thanked them a million times, but it is so rare to find a garage this honest and trustworthy. A massive thank you to Mark, Whitney and the garage team.
