No issue with the car, but still haven't received the new V5C after 4 weeks. DVLA said: we should usually receive my V5C certificate by post within 5 to 7 working days if the dealer did their properly with online application. But this dealer still use the old way via post paper application? I don't understand why the dealer don't use quicker way to let the new owner get V5C, still use the slowest way and it also get delay when post it so late. I tried to call the dear and DVLA, the dealer said they posted that, but DVLA confirmed they haven't received anything yet on their records. The question is: who will pay the \xa325 for the replacement V5C?

The first time I have ever purchased a second hand car and felt assured about the quality of the car as well as the honesty of the dealer. What a great find in the car and the dealer. Spend ages looking for a more family friendly car, seen one online from East Leeds Car sales, Spoke to the owner i believe, went to view and test drive and chat, he was very helpful and friendly. He even had the car valeted next door ready for me to collect. Overall fantastic experience and will use again. Renault Capture in red.
