I recently purchased a car from these people, and it turned out to be a complete scam. Within three days of driving it, the car broke down, leaving me stranded. When I approached the dealership for a refund or repair, they callously refused, claiming the car was in perfect condition when it left their lot. This experience has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated with their lack of integrity and customer care. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
First class customer service from purchase all the way through. We experienced a few hiccups with the car but DVP did all they could to support us whilst rectifying the situation. The measure of good service is not only how you are left feeling but how problems are dealt with. Craig went above and beyond to restore my faith in buying a second hand car. I have no hesitation in recommending DVP.
