I had another great experience with this garage. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch — welcoming, helpful, and professional. Douglas went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear, easy, and completely stress-free, and I never felt pressured at any point. This is actually the second car I’ve bought from him in the past couple of years, and that alone shows how much I trust the service here. I’m really happy once again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great 1st car for my son👌🏼 Douglas is a pleasure to deal with & we had 2 issues with car, TPMS sensor which was replaced straight away & the battery was playing-up which was also replaced for an identical stop-start battery which aren’t cheap & douglas fitted it himself whilst we waited! 5* from us😁 Would deffo recommend👌🏼

Great Service when I was there however, When the car was in warranty, the check engine light appeared. After a scan, turns out it was an O2 sensor. They took it into a garage for fixing just to tell me that the sensors were cleaned and flipped around, not replaced as I was told they would be. When it reappeared a few weeks later, nothing was done as it was then out of warranty. Since then, I have had 6 or 7 check engine lights, had all spark plugs replaced and the ignition coil replaced (as there was corrosion (water damage) inside this electrical component). Now taking it in to get scanned for a new check engine light one month before MOT is due. All of this in less than one year. The car is a 2018 model with 70k miles on the clock. Late 50k when I first got it and lights were appearing.

Good, honest, affordable cars. No pressure or hard sell from Douglas. If you desire a car in like-new condition, maybe go buy one from a main dealer; if you're happy with a used car, expect a few imperfections. Having said that, from what we viewed on the lot, Dundee Car Sales source their used cars wisely & prepare them to a very high standard. I particularly liked that engine bays were left a little dusty, untouched & honest. Considering all the 20+ cars are outside, next to a busy road, they are kept very clean. We had ample time to look over the car we chose, at our own pace on a Sunday afternoon; a test drive was immediate & highlighted one small issue, which was subsequently fixed to my complete satisfaction. Car was then oil +filters serviced plus a fresh advisory-free MOT, before an easy pick-up just over a week later. One month on +450 miles before I've written this review; I can't comment upon the after-sales service or warranty issues, simply because the car is performing great & has no issues whatsoever. **Edit +1yr on & +10k miles, car needed rear brake calipers & a brake line repair, along with some corrosion prevention on the sills - all stuff expected with a 10 yo used car.**

Please please never buy a car from garage. After test driving I had couple points needing checked and repaired and I was told would have fresh MOT and Service. After call car was ready so finalised payment and my very happy daughter drove her NEW car home then after couple days I noticed that the front driver side tyre was totally bald on the inside so called garage and told me bring car back.I told him it’s unsafe drive and he said can offer \xa376 for new tyre ( like where would you get a tyre at that price China maybe) so anyway I decided take car to local garage install new tyre, then received call that they could not remove tyre as locking wheel nut & lock key was totally damaged (Overtorqued) and couldn’t change tyre so I eventually traced another garage that removed & replaced with a total cost \xa3140 (tyre) and \xa390 remove and install new wheel nut (not locking tho) so now things get better after vehical tyre check the two rear tyres are also 3mm/4mm tread and will require changing.Anyway called garage and they tell me that they not willing pay this and only pay if vehical was taken back garage witch is 60miles from home. So please never purchase car from them.

Dodgy roadworthy tests, slow and poor quality repairs (fitting incorrect/mismatched parts), and a complete failure to comply with requirements to advise of age related issues with the vehicle. Had I have read my own review before purchasing a vehicle, I would have given them a very wide berth. Added to this, an obvious ploy to avoid paying tax, by asking for a portion of the payment in cash. I mean, why else would amy business ask for cash? Is this the type of business that you want to support? If you are looking for a decent used vehicle, GO ELSEWHERE!!! I'm not kidding, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else. It's too late for me, but don't let it be that way for you. Just because an apple is nice and shiny, doesn't mean it's not rotten to the core
