Great service from Chris when buying a used Boxster. Allowed me and my dad to look at the car in our own time without any pressure, able to ask questions, gave us the keys and let us test drive for 20 odd mins. Bought the car, needed some prep, did extensive prep at a reputable garage with OTT level of prep, meaning I feel amazed to be honest to be picking up a 2009 car at circa \xa320k that\u2019s in this good condition. Thanks again to Chris and team for great service.
I bought a C63 from DSI back in march, and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. I travelled down from the north west to their garage to purchase the car, and a few days later an issue appeared with a sensor on the car which was no fault of the garage, these things happen. But the garage rectified the issue without any hesitation, as it was a long way to travel back down to Dorking, they kindly offered to cover the cost of the repair from a local specialist where I live. The car drives like a dream and is now faultless! I can\u2019t thank the lads at DSI enough for selling such a gem of a car and dealing with any issues so professionally, I highly recommend them! \u201cCustomer service at its best\u201d Purchased my dream car, a BMW M4 6months ago. After about 3 months of ownership the car developed a small fault in the form of an engine light which I guess on a 10 year old sports car is not unusual. Spoke to the after sales team who advised me on what next steps to repair would be. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed and updated on timelines. The faulty sensor was replaced and the car was swiftly returned to back to me. Couldn\u2019t be happier with the whole experience. This was the second car I purchased in 3 years from DSI and will definitely go back for my third!
I wouldn\u2019t recommend DSI Performance Cars. The Mercedes they sold me developed serious wheel and tyre faults within two days. Independent inspections found a poorly repaired alloy, unrepairable tyres, and issues that were clearly present before sale. Despite this, the dealership dismissed every report and even returned the faulty car to me after I rejected it. The Financial Ombudsman later ruled the car was not of satisfactory quality at the point of sale and ordered a full refund and compensation. Great reviews don\u2019t always show how a dealer behaves when something goes wrong. My experience was extremely disappointing. Purchased my Mercedes from these guys. Beautiful car that I\u2019m very happy with so far. Chris was great and clearly passionate about what he does. Thanks to Chris, it\u2019s rare to find a car business owner who is open to decent negotiation in the interest of getting a good deal done.
Dear All Be very aware DO NOT pay these people a deposit (\xa3500 none refundable) before you see the car, if it was anything like the one I looked at after travelling over 3 hrs It was a mess it wasn't even cleaned properly expanding glue on the interior the control buttons were all distorted and sticky none of this was pointed out before we travelled, I asked for photos of the underside to check for rust none came and guess what yes rusty underneath. I find it very hard to believe a positive feedback about this company after visiting there site, I should have google earth it first, we live and learn.
DSI are fabulous! I bought my Porsche Cayenne from them and can honestly say I have never had such a great experience when buying/part exchanging a car. Chris is such an asset, and is an incredibly good salesman. There was no pressure involved, he was very relaxed and patient. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from DSI in the future.
