Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ — 1 star only I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM HERE I bought a vehicle from this company. Just one month later the engine started burning oil heavily — exactly the fault covered under the 3‑month warranty they provided. I returned the car & they told me: “it is fixed now, everything repaired”. When I asked for a receipt, invoice, job list or proof showing exactly what was repaired or replaced — they REFUSED & gave absolutely nothing at all. No details, no documents, no proof work was ever carried‑out. This is unacceptable & against UK consumer law. It strongly appears they lied & may never have done the work at all. I am now taking full legal action: contacting Trading Standards & Citizens Advice, filing formal complaints & preparing my case to take them to Small‑Claims Court to resolve this & recover my money.
I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. The entire purchase was handled poorly from start to finish. I bought a 2014 Ford Transit Custom from the sister company DMVans, both run by the same person (more on that below), however there is no google account for DMVans (I wonder why...), although I was made to pay into an account under the name "Kars Co Uk" which at the time was confusing and very misleading. The vehicle developed serious mechanical problems almost immediately after purchase, leaving me stranded around three hours from home. What made the situation even worse was the lack of support. Despite being only around 19 minutes from the dealership when the van broke down, they refused to come out to help me or arrange recovery, leaving me to organise everything myself. The dispute that followed was long, stressful and unnecessarily difficult. I spent weeks chasing updates, arguing over liability and trying to get a fair resolution. In the end, I accepted a partial goodwill payment simply to bring the matter to a close, but I am still several hundred pounds out of pocket as a result of the issues with the vehicle. The DVLA paperwork was also not dealt with properly. Months after buying the van, I still hadn't received the V5C, meaning I couldn't tax the vehicle. The green new keeper slip didn't work either, leaving me to sort out the registration issues myself. I was also left questioning the honesty of the business. During the dispute, I phoned the dealership and asked to speak to the owner. The person I spoke to told me his name was "Shaun". However, I later discovered the registered owner of the company is "Asrar", and the emails I subsequently received were signed off as "Azz" or "Aziz". Again, leaving me to feel misled about who I had been dealing with. Overall, the experience cost me significant time, money, inconvenience and a couple of unnecessary trips. Based on my experience, I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend others carefully consider their options before purchasing from them.
I purchased a Yamaha MT-07 (registration AV14 HFS) from this dealer for approximately \xa32,800 after being told the motorcycle was in good condition, roadworthy, and safe to ride. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The bike broke down on the motorway late at night after developing a serious misfire. Upon further inspection, the oil level was found to be severely low. As a customer, I should have been notified of any faults or issues affecting the motorcycle before purchase. However, the dealership stated that there were no faults with the bike and that it was rideable. Other issues were also discovered which raise serious concerns about the condition in which the bike was sold. There appeared to be questionable wiring work around the ignition coil area, and several bolts were missing. I also discovered that the battery was not properly secured. After the breakdown, the motorcycle was inspected and concerns were raised about its safety and condition. I was advised that repairs could exceed \xa31,000. Another serious issue is that the engine number on the motorcycle does not match the engine number recorded on the V5C registration document. This is something that should have been identified and disclosed before sale. When I contacted the dealer to discuss these issues, I found the response disappointing. Rather than offering a practical solution or repair, I was repeatedly asked why I had not brought the bike back to them. Given the bike’s condition and the distance involved, I did not consider it safe to ride. During the conversation, I was also told that if I wanted to take legal action, I should “take it to court.” In my view, selling a motorcycle in this condition while representing it as roadworthy and safe to ride raises serious concerns under consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods sold by a dealer to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the motorcycle was unsafe or had significant undisclosed defects at the time of sale, this falls well below the standard a customer is entitled to expect. I will be reporting this matter to the relevant authorities and industry bodies, including the DVLA regarding the engine number discrepancy, and I am also considering pursuing a formal dispute resolution claim and reporting the dealership to the appropriate motor trade association.

Avoid like the plague!!!!! Trying to take 1000 pounds deposit from me for a bike which isnt even sold at this company. He stole pics from a company after me asking if they had a Yamaha mt125 in stock and this bike is actually another company's bike that thry are selling in Swindon. That company in swindon has been made aware. Do not use this company. I dodged a massive bullet! Emails back and forth with a so called Mark Wood. Avoid don't listen to any of the good reviews nothing about this company is good. If you call the company in Swindon called budget bikes and speak to Ian you will realise this isn't kars co ltds bike it's actually budget cars. Kars co ltd stole the photos from their website!
Excellent experience with this dealership. I purchased a Toyota Avensis. Owner and employees were transparent during the entire process. Vehicle advertisement was accurate, and the dealership conducted complimentary touch ups to ensure the vehicle was ready to go on day of purchase.
definitely would not recommend bought a van a month ago that wasn’t supposedly checked over and made sure it was safe and as soon as i put stuff in started making a knocking noise and it turns out the steering rack has gone and trying to find a garage that deal with the warranty company is a pain in the arse, 100% do not recommend.
