Bought our car around August from Days. Wayne was really great, friendly and accommodating. There was a small issue with the infortainment (VAG cars issue) and they were absolutely happy to cover the cost of getting it fixed at my local Skoda dealer. Best dealership experience I've ever had.

We bought a car from Wayne at Days Gorseinon back in October and just wanted to say thanks for the great experience throughout. I'm based up on the North Yorkshire border so a good distance away, but Wayne was brilliant and had the car fully charged for when we came down. Wayne was more than happy to take any pictures as requested so I could see the full spec and couldn't have been more helpful with any questions. There was zero pressure at all and we were free to look around the forecourt and the car I had come down to see (which I did drive away in). Everything went well and the car was in great condition for the age and milage and looked like it had just had a full valet throughout when we got there. It's definitely not that clean now it lives in the Yorkshire Moors! These days I fully expect to buy tyres etc but Wayne said this would be fine and Days do full checks - it was better than fine with almost brand new tyres all around. I'm always a bit wary of car dealers what with living near Bradford and Dewsbury but Days are definitely one of the very good ones. Wayne had all the paperwork I needed to get the Tesla onto my account before I'd even left the forecourt to start the drive up North. I always love driving through Wales and we took the very scenic route home which was a pleasure in the new to us car. The only bad thing to report was how much my daughter spent at Cheshire Oaks on the way back up North, but that's not Days fault! Brilliant service throughout from Wayne and would highly recommend. Thanks again and will certainly be checking Days stock out in future when we're ready for another car.

I came to the dealership on Saturday, and within 45 minutes i had my car and it has be quickly prepared for me to drive away with in the coming days. Wayne Thomas and Steve Hawkins were excellent in working through a deal and getting me to a place where i was able to purchase the car. They were professional and incredibly helpful and i cannot recommend them enough.
