Firstly I had communication with Tristan regarding my faulty light, he was very professional and friendly. I then met Jason who gave me a good price for my car, he also was very professional, Friendly and I was NOT put under pressure or felt intimidated as women can feel at garages. A few days later I sold my car to them no hassle everything went smoothly. Wouldn\u2019t hesitate to use them again. Excellent!!

I'm very happy to have such a great service location near my home for my Toyota. however they really should carify their addresses or do something to resolve the confusion on Google Maps regarding their various locations.
Avoid doing MOT there. I did it. It came with a lot of work needing to do. Then they could not give me appropriate time to do the work. I had to take my car somewhere else. I couldn't rebook retest as was my call was transfered to "service department ", but they wouldn't answer. At the end, I did MOT somewhere else. Never going there again. But staff was nice.
I\u2019ve used this place for many years, and they\u2019ve always been very kind. The prices have always been on the higher side, but overall, I\u2019ve been satisfied with their service. However, I do think they need to improve the communication on their website. It seems they assume that when customers call, we already know which of their three branches we\u2019re speaking to. That lack of clarity caused me to waste time trying to get to the wrong location and then having to book another MOT at a different branch. It\u2019s frustrating because people like me rely on accurate and up-to-date information on their website and on Google to reach them easily. If that information isn\u2019t properly maintained or updated, it only leads to confusion and wasted time. Overall, it\u2019s a good place to go, but I\u2019d suggest they be a bit more careful with the information they share online and especially when booking appointments over the phone. They should clearly specify which branch the booking is for and make sure the physical address shown online matches the actual location
