Writing on behalf of my husband Russell. He met with Jake today at the showroom to view and purchase our new car, and he could not have been more helpful and polite. Great knowledge, and its clear why they have such a good reputation as a garage. They even offered to sort out a scratch on the car for us free of charge at their body shop. Great experience overall, cannot reccomend enough!
Took my 3 year old Lexus for a service, all appeared well. Upon returning home I find I have several chips in the paint that weren't there before (I am very fastidious and wash the car and take photos before service) as well as a large chip and blue paint on the tailgate (on my red car). Upon picking up the car some of the technicians were leaving and if their cars are a standard of their workmanship or pride then it is a sorry state of affairs. I submitted feedback to Lexus about this. I thought that was the end of it. 3 weeks later I have cleaned my car and was checking the oil when I looked down to the front radiator package and see that the main multi-plug harness to the electric fan isn't even connected. Just hanging there! There is no chance this fell out as the security clip that engages it is very strong. If this is the standard of workmanship then I don't think this service centre can be trusted. There were obviously no checks made on my car and hopefully there hasn't been any damage caused by this. Surely a post service scan tool check would have raised this issue. I will also be writing to Lexus Japan to advise that there is little honour in UK 'technicians'.
Firstly I had communication with Tristan regarding my faulty light, he was very professional and friendly. I then met Jason who gave me a good price for my car, he also was very professional, Friendly and I was NOT put under pressure or felt intimidated as women can feel at garages. A few days later I sold my car to them no hassle everything went smoothly. Wouldn\u2019t hesitate to use them again. Excellent!!
excellent car service. friendly and professional front office staff and technicians. I'm very happy to have such a great service location near my home for my Toyota. however they really should carify their addresses or do something to resolve the confusion on Google Maps regarding their various locations.
Avoid doing MOT there. I did it. It came with a lot of work needing to do. Then they could not give me appropriate time to do the work. I had to take my car somewhere else. I couldn't rebook retest as was my call was transfered to "service department ", but they wouldn't answer. At the end, I did MOT somewhere else. Never going there again. But staff was nice.
