Absolutely poor service carried out by rude staff. Overfilled my engine oil on a service and failed to mention a major defect on my car. Emails sent with no response. Avoid this company they are a proper back street garage as you can see from the backdated style of garage.

I’ve used this place for many years, and they’ve always been very kind. The prices have always been on the higher side, but overall, I’ve been satisfied with their service. However, I do think they need to improve the communication on their website. It seems they assume that when customers call, we already know which of their three branches we’re speaking to. That lack of clarity caused me to waste time trying to get to the wrong location and then having to book another MOT at a different branch. It’s frustrating because people like me rely on accurate and up-to-date information on their website and on Google to reach them easily. If that information isn’t properly maintained or updated, it only leads to confusion and wasted time. Overall, it’s a good place to go, but I’d suggest they be a bit more careful with the information they share online and especially when booking appointments over the phone. They should clearly specify which branch the booking is for and make sure the physical address shown online matches the actual location

I booked a service and MOT a month in advance but was called a few days before to change date as they wouldn’t have time for service plus MOT. Initially I had no issue with this as I was available on the date proposed. On the day I drove to the address on the email booking confirmation (through heavy morning traffic) only to arrive at a closed garage with a sign saying ‘we’ve moved’. So I then drove through roadworks for a further 15 minutes to get to their correct location. I wasn’t given a collection time. They called at 1300 and I was told it’s ready for collection, I arrived with a sleeping baby only to be told it’s not ready as it hadn’t been cleaned (part of the service). I was then encouraged to leave if im in a rush as the clean will be 20 minutes. The only redeeming factor was the friendly and professional front of house.

Dropped my car off for an MOT this morning at 8am, it was finished by 10:30! they even dropped the car back to my house!. Brilliant service.

Service was ok but surprised to see me even though I booked a service week ahead with a time slot. For nearly \xa3300, at least you could have washed the car after servicing like other Toyota dealers, instead got greasy fingerprints all over car. Job done but nasty taste left in mouth - won’t be coming back

Run, run for the hills! I bought a one owner, low km car from these guys. I took it for new tyres and the tyre fitters told me all four wheels were buckled. The on a trip after 3 weeks of ownership the car went into limp mode 2 hours from home. Also the central locking would fail intermittently which meant I had to spent money on getting two new keys made, and the rear parking sensors never worked. The garage agreed to fix this and I booked it back in for the work to be done. A day later they called to tell me they could fix the parking sensors because the central locking didn’t work and that the problem was because I had bought new keys. This was ridiculous, but anyway I left it with them hoping they would get it done. The next day I got a text saying they needed they’re hire car back because they had hired it to someone else and they weren’t going to do try to fix the parking sensors or central locking as agreed. They then texted to say a driver would be dropping the car off in an hour or so. When the driver arrived the new key was broken. I raised this with the driver who didn’t care and I immediately took photos and sent them to CSG who lied by telling me that was how the key was when I gave it to them. In short, if you want to buy a used car with serious faults and then waste your time whilst they feed you a pack of lies then go ahead and buy a car from this outfit.

No doubts one of the best places to service your Lexus. Took my car for a major service and was amazed by people working here. Especially BIG thanks to wonderful lady at the reception and to young lad who gave me a lift home. You all WONDERFUL !
