Brought my car here to have Lanoguard Underbody protection treatment applied. This garage is mentioned by Lanoguard as one of their approved treatment centres. A friend had two vehicles done here to his satisfaction. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful, my car was done in the timeframe and at the price quoted.
Unlike so many others, Crisp Paramount came across, almost as soon as we arrived, as very much a traditional family-run business. Although well 'out of our area,' Crisps posted on the internet a vehicle which matched our requirements, make, model, spec and price etc. We agreed a deal, including a part exchange. From thereon, the handover/takeover project, including resolving minor 'irritations' with the vehicle we were purchasing, were handled by Will, equitably, as though were family. An unqualified 'recommend.'
I was travelling to work and had the bad experience of my car going into limp mode and telling me to pull over immediately. Luckily as I was passing through I managed to get it to Crisps garage and left it to be looked at. The garage quickly found the fault of a coolant leak and found the issue was down to a problem with the thermostat. The garage was in contact with me throughout the process informing me of the issue and costs involved. They couldn\u2019t have been more helpful. Thanks.
Seriously disappointed with this garage. After having used them for a few years after our latest visit I'll never be using them again. My car went in for a service and MOT. After it failed on emissions we took the choice to get the car repaired by Crisps in doing so the car has broken and is not worth repairing. This was bad enough of a situation but I then had the unpleasant experience of having to chase them to sort it out. Now several weeks later I've been hit with a bill \xa3200 more than I was quoted over the phone. I be had to pay \xa3665. They have also scrapped the car so they'll be getting \xa3200 for that too. I'd suggest not using this garage as if anything goes wrong you'll end up footing the bill.
Friendly helpful staff. Glad I didn't attempt it myself despite the youtube videos telling me how sinple a repair it is for any home mechanic. The standard part wasn't suitable and they still managed to get it done first thing the next day after another part arrived later the day before. Great communication and will be our garage of choice going forward. Very happy customer.
