Contacted the dealership about a golf that was advertised with the trim and everything I was looking. Requested a video of the car on a Thursday to be told it would be ready by Monday-Wednesday, contacted them again on the Wednesday to be told it wouldn’t be ready to Thursday, contacted them once again on the Thursday to be told it would be ready to the following Monday! Was told then due to the delay in the car I would get first refusal of the car. Received the videos of the car this morning and the video that was sent to me was the car not repaired which was the reason why they had a delay in the videoing of the car as it was in the repair shop. 10 minutes later I then received a video of it repaired. Was emailed by Jirban to phone him to agree to the sale as there was interest in the car to then not being able to get through to him. Emailed him to let him know to phone me back and 3 minutes later received a email to say the car had sold? I think saying to a customer who has been waiting 2 weeks for a video of the car that they had “first refusal” for then that not to be the case was very unprofessional. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed in the team as I had stopped looking for a car as i had been promised this “first refusal” and the car was everything I wanted. Very bad team work and customer service from the team!

Jibran, who dealt with me, was a very polite gentleman. On handover he sat with me and explained all the workings of the car and even offered to take me out for a run to show me how the cruise control worked. He kept in contact with me while waiting for the car to be delivered and I have spoke to him a couple times since receiving the car. As always buying a car from Crewe VW is a very positive experience.

If you want to buy a car from a garage that actually cares and wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase and service choose this garage. I’ve had a dreadful experience with another VW garage and Glynn from Swansway VW crewe has been truly amazing. He has helped with my car purchase, problems with the incompetence of another garage and even given me career advice for my son! If you want great service, a quality car and a disability friendly garage this is the company for you. In the picture it shows reception as you go in and where Glynn sits.
