Sold a VWFS service plan. Reliably paid monthly direct debit. Prompted to book a service by Crewe SEAT. Took car to service. Then refused service on arrival because of an unspecified issue with my service PLAN not mentioned to me beforehand. Offered the option to pay - but no refund possible even if service plan issue corrected. Handed an incorrect number to call and left to it.

Had two cars from here now. No major issues, little bits and bobs that have been needed were covered under the extended warranty I had. Polite staff, can always get through on the phone. I made the mistake of going to the Stoke branch last year as a one off - what a nightmare that was, they tried to do me out of nearly \xa3500. Come back to these, my trusted garage and learnt my lesson. When I called to explain what had happened they had my car seen the next week and resolved everything. Can’t fault them. Thank you! When the time comes I’ll be here again for my third car :)

My experience at Crewe SEAT was cracking because on travelling up from Worcestershire without a booking, I was greeted by Imogen Sanders, I was made to feel welcome, we spoke about a few cars, I was interested in and I test drove the car, I eventually purchased, the whole buying experience was excellent and all options were explained and the purchase was made so easy, even for a 60 something. Imogen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car and products available and I was driving my new car home within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Crewe SEAT."

Very easy to book and received a comprehensive brief over the phone regarding service plans. Arrived early on the day but the team were in and took my car. Another excellent brief from Yvonne. Once home the health check video arrived late morning. Pick up in the afternoon was seamless, everything was ready and Olly made sure I was happy. Great service from the team and for the car!

I would recommend crewe seat to anybody not pushy no pressure and luke kept me informed about the audi I purchased before change over and was very helpful my daughter also purchased a car from them the same week very pleased thankyou luke
