These guys are petty crooks. I paid a deposit on Friday and the vehicle was sold to someone else on Monday. They ignored my calls and emails and text. I have evidence on my claim as I am taking to court. Embarrassing for a so called big dealership.

***AVOID*** Was asked to pay \xa3300 deposit to view a van “that was in great condition” when we arrived it is all behind locked gates. When we went in you could see there was an oil leak they had wiped to cover up. You could also see that they had topped it up with oil before we got there. After saying we weren’t interested in the van (for obvious reasons no service history etc) you could see the mood change. they are refusing to give us our money back and then block your number. You can see that they buy broken vans, get them running to sell off and then block all contact with you. We were told we could see the service history one we brought the van. Now in contact with trading standards and banks to resolve this.

I came all the way from Kent to see a car. Unfortunately wasn’t for me. However what made me travel up was robin assured me transport to and from the station if need. Robin was a man of his word

Bought a car from these guys today and can’t fault them at all…easy going and very helpful. The car I bought was in excellent condition as advertised. Would happily recommend these guys…

We required another Mercedes Sprinter LWB and I contacted Cotswold Cars and Commercials.Within a week Mr Guest found us what I can only describe an immaculate example so we were able to complete the transaction and my driver took the vehicle to our company in Exeter where vehicles are far more expensive.We are very pleased with the condion of the van and will be contacting Cotswold Cars and Commercials as and when we replace company vehicles.Highly recommended

Avoid this place !!!! They will sell you a shed , not a van !!!! Tried to rip me off with a van that needed over \xa31000 of repairs. Ended up taking legal advice due to the lack of help from these ......people, as the van was so bad i had no,problems getting a full refund and easily won my case. The salesman, Liam, was all smiles and polite to get the sale and then the rudest and completely ignorant person I have ever met when it came to dealing with my complaint. The so called manager was also completely incompetent and incredibly dense ! However, I have received a full refund and left the trading standards and necessary authorities to pursue cotswolds for the money back. Strangely cotswold refused to comment......not so cocky anymore !!!!

Recently bought my car from here and couldn’t be happier with the service provided! Staff were very honest, helpful and polite! The Vehicle is great, exactly as expected, So impressed with both my vehicle and the service provided by Cotswolds cars and commercials. Would definitely recommend to others!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cotswolds Cars and Commercials Ltd. I paid \xa3760 for an extended car warranty, which was promised at the time of purchase. However, after taking my payment, the company failed to provide any warranty documentation, policy details, or any form of service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no proper response or resolution. This experience feels like a scam — they took my money and delivered nothing in return. I would strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone looking for an honest or trustworthy service.
