I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, hard to find specification, 2017 Aston Martin Vantage S, courtesy of Clive Sutton. A big thank you to Kai for his patience, communication and also Luke and Clive for a memorable buying experience. I had never dealt with Clive Sutton before but would now consider them for sourcing any future purchases due to the attentive service and \u2018can do\u2019 approach to doing business.
I recently dealt with this company, although they couldn\u2019t provide the service I was looking for. They took the time to listen to my requirements and provided contact details for someone that could help!! Great customer service \u2026. A rare commodity in today\u2019s world. This was my first time purchasing from Luke at Clive Sutton. I had no expectations to begin with. After meeting with him, I instantly felt secure. Luke was. Very personable and was great with my son who joined me on the viewing of the vehicle. There was a delay with the payment from funders but that was not Clive Sutton\u2019s issue. Nevertheless, Luke was on the case and we got there in the end. Once the vehicle was in my possession, I must admit, I thought that would be the end of my communication with the dealer. I experienced some issues with I was hesitant to contact the dealer about as I didn\u2019t think they\u2019d care. I was completely wrong. Luke has sorted the issue (which wasn\u2019t really an issue - I just didn\u2019t know how to do some things). Going forward, I\u2019ve asked him to lift the vehicle for higher ground clearance - again not expecting he\u2019d do anything\u2026. He is in the process of contacting Shelby to source parts, and to obtain a quote for the work which the dealer will carry out. Icing on the cake\u2026 he gave my son a lovely gift which he has proudly displayed in his room above his bed. Going forward, my plan is to stick with Clive Sutton for all vehicle purchases. Plus they have incredible stock! Oh and he did me a great deal :))
I was in need of a particular car for a project but it was very difficult to get a hold of when I spoke to dealers all across America for weeks. Eventually I got in touch with Clive Sutton to see if they could help. Their team managed to find the exact spec of the car I was looking for in about 24hrs which was amazing. I don't think there's any way I would've been able to do this myself after trying for a while. After that, they arranged shipping transport, shipping insurance, domestic transport, UK homologation, DVLA testing etc all as part of the package. At this point, unfortunately, there were some problems with the car. These issues were down to the car and not CS though. They would've happened regardless of who imported them as it's the first time this particular model has entered the UK. However, with their experience, contacts and expertise, they managed to fix absolutely everything without me lifting a finger. I know some dealers would have just given me the car and said they can't resolve the issues so I massively appreciate the effort put in by the CS team so much. It is a difficult car to work on and there's noone in the UK with experience of it either, but, they did a sterling job. After handover, it has been absolutely perfect with no issues at all. I'll be continuing to work with them for both maintenance of the car and probably future car purchases too. Many dealers come and go over time but decades of experience from this team speaks for itself. Their reputation preceeds them and I would highly recommend them for the amount of care they put into making sure that what you have is perfect instead of doing a slap dash job. A friend who once supplied cars to CS back in the day recommended them and I'm glad he did - I would look here first for any future import cars before anywhere else. 10/10 and big shoutout to Luke Sutton for 5* customer service to maintain brand reputation, caring about the quality of the product and being a gentleman from start to finish. Thank you sir!
