I had a great experience with them very helpful, respectful, and professional throughout. I bought a car without even seeing it in person, and they delivered it straight to my door, which was a 5 hours drive away. They took care of everything, so I didn\u2019t have to worry about a thing. Before delivery, I asked for a new MOT and a full service, and they completed both exactly as promised. You truly get what you pay for with them. Much respect to the team I would trust them completely and highly recommend them.
Just a quick note to say thanks Barry and Alex in taking the time out of what was clearly a busy morning to chat with myself and colleague, Clive. If I was ever to set up an indepandant Dealership, it would look and feel just like Chaplefield! I recently bought this lovely Audi s6 recently from chapelfield. Drives amazing. Also reasonably priced , considering the spec and mileage 44.000 it, was the cheapest available like for like. Charles went above and beyond with this sale as the car was actually in Ireland. He booked a flight and personally drove the car back to the uk for me to view. He wasn\u2019t expecting me to take it on the same day as if viewed the vehicle but accommodated me and got it ready asap , Good job as the missus had dropped me off and gone home \U0001f923 I did find an issue with a couple of tyres a week or so later but they were more than happy to pay towards a full new set .i did pick it up in a hurry so partly my fault , Cheers I\u2019d happily purchase from these again \U0001f44d\U0001f3fb
