This garage is run by con men, please do not use them. My wife took her car in for an MOT recently. They carried out some work on the car to get it through the MOT but did not tell her at any stage how much it was going to cost, despite her asking for a quote on two occasions. She was horrified by the cost when she went to pick up the car. I’ve since checked the cost of the parts from Dorset Autos and they are a fraction of what these cowboys charged (the mark up was well over 100% of the original cost). Speaking to other mechanics in the local area, this garage is notorious for over charging. Avoid like the plague.

Lewie was excellent when I needed an MOT at short notice. His communication was exceptional, called me at each step to explain what was happening, did everything in his power to get me on the road. The team were polite, clear and quick. Pricing was reasonable and I was given the choice at each decision point for issues that came up.

Please take my advice and avoid at all costs! This garage was seriously rude to my mum who is nothing but lovely. Was awkward about repairs and added charges when it wasn’t necessary. I don’t like writing bad reviews however, felt the need too.

Cannot put into words how grateful I am to Paul and the team. T5 failed 5 miles out from Bridport while travelling West on holiday. Limped into Central Motors to see if van could be fixed. Not only did they diagnose the issue, they ordered the part and fixed in 4 hours!! Unbelievable!! Holiday was not ruined after all! Forever grateful, wish they existed neared to us! Samantha 💫

I can’t fault the service I received, Louis (hope that’s how you spell his name) couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. MOT passed with help from the hole team fixing the bits that were needed. Booked through the AA but will use in the future directly. Thank you team. The boss should be proud of how you worked whilst he is away.

AA towed me here as my fiat broke down on the A35. They could not have been more helpful, mended the car in 24 hours and kept me regularly updated. I am now home safely in the West Midlands and could not be more grateful for the excellent service I received at Central Motors.

Thank you so much to the guys today who took pity on this coach driver who, after a 4hr drive, REALLY needed a wee! When the supermarkets nearby said no, these guys said of course! Friendly and helpful! Thank you so much! Also... loved the funny sign in the loo - I took note and sat down as I'm sure I'd have missed the loo otherwise! 😉 also... much cleaner than our yard shared loo! 🤣 5* review but hopefully won't need to return soon!

The very worst service I have found. As I was in my holiday tour, my car got a problem of misfire and I was referred by a roadside AA mechanic. They replaced the some parts and over charged alot . But after 10 mins of driving it start to give same problem and they told that it'll work slowly. My gosh, after I sent my car to the dealer, they got shocked about the charges they over-charged and the works they did. So, I would like to request you about the refund for overcharge and do you jobs sincerely and responsibily please.
