I had a really positive experience with CC Cars LTD, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and honest advice. From the very beginning, the level of customer service was excellent. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, and I was kept fully up to date at every stage of the process, which made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring. A special mention has to go to Clive, who was brilliant throughout. His knowledge of the vehicles and the industry is excellent, and it is very clear that he genuinely understands what he’s talking about. What really stood out was his honesty. Clive took the time to explain options clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and offered advice that felt genuinely in my best interest rather than pushing a sale. That level of transparency is refreshing and not something you always find. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The team were approachable, friendly, and professional, which made a big difference to my overall confidence in the company. Everything that was promised was delivered. Thank you very much!

I have to say right from the beginning Clive has been patient and understanding. I had an issue that caused a delay with my Driving Licence (6weeks) that had a knock-on effect for the purchase of my Rubicon Jeep. Clive was patient enough to hold this Jeep back for me knowing that it could sell within days. Clive was understanding and true to his word. I eventually purchased the Jeep but just recently i had to have the Drivers side brake Calliper changed.(These things happen) The Jeep had a 3months warranty when i purchased it supplied by Clive. As i couldn't drive it to CC Specialist Garage near Manchester, i got the Calliper ordered and fitted at my local Garage. I payed for the Calliper and the Garage costs (fitting) out my own money and sent the invoices to Clive via E-mail. Clive repaid me in full without any delays, no stress or hesitation, quick and easy. The Service from Clive has been outstanding. He is true to his word and very helpful. I couldn't recommend Clive and CC Specialist Cars highly enough! It’s 10/10 from me.

I’ve just done a round trip of 982 miles to pick up a Range Rover evoque overfinch from Clive at cc cars. The experience was a pleasure and so simple to deal with,the car was as he said it was. Delighted with car and would definitely recommend using Clive for your next purchase.

I recently purchased a used Tesla model 3 from CC Cars, the communication throughout the whole process was great, and they gave me a fair price for my part exchange. A week into ownership I had a couple of issues with the vehicle and Clive was again very responsive with communication and assured me that he would do everything he could to help. He followed through with this to ensure that I was back on the road quickly and whilst the work was carried out local to me, he settled the invoice to get me back on the road. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend CC Cars on this basis. Thank you again for all your help.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Honest Dealings from Clive at CC Cars Manchester I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from CC Cars Manchester as a 21st birthday present for my daughter. From the start, Clive was an absolute pleasure to deal with straightforward, genuine, and true to his word. Although there was a small issue with the car initially, Clive handled the situation with complete professionalism and integrity. He was upfront about everything, communicated clearly, and even offered a full refund if we weren’t happy something you rarely see these days. Instead, he worked with us to get everything sorted, and true to his word, he completely rectified the issue. Thanks to Clive’s honesty and dedication, my daughter now has a beautiful Jeep Wrangler that she absolutely loves.
