We bought a used Freelander from Cavendish after reading the good reviews. The car is great but after just over a week it went into limp mode with an engine warning light on. These guys couldn't have been any better at getting the issue (split hose) sorted. They gave us a courtesy car to get home and returned our car to us fixed after a couple days. Fantastic customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them.

I brought a car from Cavendish UK back in January. I was anxious to buy a car, with worry that I might buy a low quality car or get scammed. I saw that Cavendish had good reviews, and took the risk. Cavendish were professional and welcoming, and I felt no pressure to buy a car. They showed me a car which they had recently MOT and serviced, with all the paperwork in hand. After purchase, I realised the second key battery was dead which they replaced free of charge. Little gestures like that go along way and set a good impression. I brought a car from them, and nearly a year later, I have had no issues (🤞) so far. I would really recommend this garage if you’re looking for a new car and want to buy from an honest garage. They were so helpful, and transparent throughout. Thank you for making this experience as stress free as possible!

I cannot express how grateful my family is to have found such a professional car dealer. From scheduling, pricing and even taking car of those little problems that come up after purchase, the staff here has gone above and beyond to accommodate my family. We live an hour away but gladly will make the trip here at Cavendish and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a good, reliable and quality car.

Top-class service from Rob, Leighton & co. Everything during the sale and aftersales process has been dealt with effectively, efficiently and without any fuss. Couldn't ask for more from a car dealership, would definitely (and probably will) use again!

We bought a Range Rover Evoque a few weeks ago from Cavendish UK. We hit on the website by pure chance while looking for a particular Evoque for sale. We found one the website and contacted Harvey to view the vehicle. We had a test drive and the car drove beautifully. The team is very honest and know their stock very well and being a family run , you feel you are in good hands and there was no hard sell. The after sales was fantastic and the coffee was second to none! From buying the car, to fitting my personal plates, they did everything including the paper work which was very helpful. RIP off beware bought a car for \xa313000 2 years ago, suddenly it's now only worth \xa34000. Car is in better condition than when I bought it but apparently it's lost \xa39000 in less than 2 years and a only 5000 more on mileage, as you can imagine I'm sick to my stomach be weary of any purchase

These guys are fantastic. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. They prepared the car thoroughly and took care of a few issues before I collected it. The aftercare has been outstanding. A couple of unforeseen problems cropped up after a few weeks (which can happen with any used car), but Leighton went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly and with zero hassle. You can always judge the integrity of a business by how they handle challenges, and these guys have shown themselves to be absolutely trustworthy.

These guys are just on another level compared to other motor dealers in fact I wouldn’t even want to compare them they are so far and beyond from anyone else, they’re customer service is outstanding and I would recommend buying a car from here. Upon viewing our potential vehicle there wasn’t any pressure and we purchased the same day they are genuinely kind people will do their best to help you with anything, I’m sure I’ll be replacing our 2nd car with these when the time comes, thank you.
