I put a deposit down to view a car, which was stated as being fully refundable, but after viewing the car was told I would not get my deposit back. Staff not friendly or helpful, I felt very pressured and stressed when at the small store. When trying to get my deposit back I've had no response. Avoid this dealership.
Highly Recommend!! Great selection of cars . Managed to make it back on nearly a 3 hour journey with no issues from the car . Very well maintained cars! Not pressuring at all . allows you to just look at the car and things you need too without hovering . Excellent services . Very pleased with the new purchases . 10/10
I bought a car from Paul without seeing it, we did the deal on WhatsApp while I was on the other side of the world, when I picked the car up everything was exactly as described and the car is really nice to drive. I would thoroughly recommend Paul and Cater Road Cars to anybody looking for a great car and a dealer they can trust.
Really disappointing service! Reserved a car for our daughter and told after it passed its mot there was an issue with 02 sensor, which took a week to fix then told on the way back from the garage from that work another sensor failed. After multiple calls chasing when the car would be ready and when we could collect the car we were only to be told after 2 weeks it wouldn\u2019t be ready until July!!!! (Apparently no one in Bristol can reset a Peugeot sensor until then) After becoming quite frustrated after 2 weeks of being mucked around I was called rude by Paul who quite frankly was extremely dismissive of our time that had been wasted by the dealership!! Would not recommend at all.. I\u2019m sure they will reply on here explaining not their fault blah blah blah but personally I found the service really shocking even if some of the car issues were not completely down to them.
