Just purchased my first car from these guys. After having a look at many places. And realy happy with how we have been treated from all the guys who work here. All been lovley. Not a pushy car sale at all. Just answered all questions honestly with no BS. Gave a great deal. And have been spot on. Would use again. And would recommend.

After looking for my first car, I was very happy I decided to try this car sales after reading all the good reviews wich were definitely true, Rachel was very friendly, approachable and made made me feel relaxed when browsing at the cars, I fell in love with a Vauxhall and asked for a test drive wich she arranged for the next day I decided to purchase but felt no pressure from any of the staff Rachel went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, it was overall a wonderful experience and would purchase from here again and recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a new car :) thank you
Saw a BMW 2 series on Castle4cars website went there the next day to see the vehicle and was very happy with it Rachael was very helpful and made the process so easy from me looking at the car talking me through the details and then purchasing it and being able to drive it away. highly recommend
Rubbish!! The car had non stop issues from the moment it was purchased. Sold as working radio and Air con. So as the weather started to get warmer I tried air con, didn\u2019t work, radio cuts out randomly, then the battery completely died one day and I was stuck at work, orange warning engine light came on, they tried to get me to fix it myself however I reminded them of the warranty, got it fixed by the garage as within the 3 month warranty. But then 2 weeks later the red engine light came on and it started to smoke and make a horrible screeching sound, garage refused to fix or help with the issue. Told me it was my problem to fix. AVOID!

As an added bonus, the car came with a free MOT and service before collection, which gave me extra confidence in my purchase. They also provided copies of the work carried out, which I really appreciated. Castle4Cars had a great selection of vehicles on site, and at no point did I feel under pressure.
