Do not purchase anything from this dealership I put a deposit down for vehicle got told I was getting the vehicle went to pick it up and they requested and extra £2000 off Me. After I cancelled my insurance and payed £80 to take my private reg off, I payed £500 deposit originally and they said they would refund me back and it’s been a week since and still no refund I’ve been calling them and they keep fobbing me off saying no one available to deal with it I want my refund back. Quick enough to take the money but can’t refund you when you requested for the fund back Save yourself a visit go to Arnold Clark or somewhere better than this company
I purchased a Nissan Ariya from Cartime on 12 April 2026. At collection, I was only provided with one key and had to wait around two weeks for the second key to be sent out, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, on 19 May 2026, the vehicle developed an EV module fault and I have now been quoted around £880 for repairs after owning the car for just over a month. The sales staff were polite, but overall this has been a disappointing ownership experience so far.
