I reserved a vehicle and waited 6 days to view it, only to be told at the last minute that it had been reserved by someone else. That is simply unacceptable. What made it even worse was the response I received when I asked them to fix the issue and put the reservation back under my name: โSorry, there is nothing we can do now.โ Seriously? I struggle to understand how a company can make a mistake like this and then claim it cannot be corrected. That is not professionalism, and it is certainly not good customer service. They talk about transparency, but this was the opposite. If a customer reserves a car, that reservation should be honoured. Instead, I was left feeling that my booking meant nothing and that another customer was simply given priority. A reservation should give customers confidence, not leave them wasting time and being told the car is no longer theirs after nearly a week of waiting. I would not trust this process again.
Visited to look at a Range Rover Evoque, after asking for a video multiple times one was eventually sent and in the they highlighted one mark. In reality the car was covered in scratches or marks, including to the windscreen which were not visible in the photos or the video walk round where the salesman said there was only one mark which he showed. The quality of the touch ups to the paint work that had already been done were also poor.
