Ok so my car unfortunately broke down so needed a new one I had in mind a few ideas. So started my journey at looking so start my day off at this one. On pulling up I was met with Tom very polite and asked what I was after today. After explaining I was looking into something sporty with a good performance behind it and had my heart set on a a35 merc Tom went into the challenge of finding me the car to suit myself. We started off with a car that was a 10min drive away so was kindly driven there and on pulling up he showed me a seat cupra unfortunately for me it wasn’t the car so it was a no, Tom then had to deal with the car in a situation of no petrol the battery was flat and bless him he kept his cool and got on with it as we drove back I hopefully made him at ease as could imagine that is not what you need. As we returned Tom wanted to give me one quick car to look at as he then showed me a Hyundai i30 never seen before I was quite surprised at it. We took that for a test drive very nice I was then in two minds what to do. As I have know decided I like it and went for it. Tom thank you. On having a chat and for you not being there long i appreciate all the help and the guys at the garage should be happy with your service I was very impressed and happy with my outcome.
