Outstanding experience from the 1st minute. Damon introduced himself and listened to our requirements and thoughts, then proceeded to show us what we asked for, and an alternative that we didn\u2019t. It turns out that, although we hadn\u2019t thought about an electric car, it was definitely the better option for us. We turned up unannounced, which I guess a lot of people do, but we were given a car to test drive for a few hours without hesitation, and no booking. We selfishly went to other car showrooms during our test drive, but we can honestly say that None of them were even close to the level of customer service we received from Damon and the team at Cars2 Hyundai Wakefield. Spent a long time with Damon buying a new Hyundai Tucson. His product knowledge was excellent. Very nice pleasant manner. Explained things well & didn\u2019t put us under any pressure. We have met a lot of car salespeople over the years but he has been one of the best. Thank you
I have a service plan and arranged my up and coming service with this branch, which was my 2nd closest, the 1st closest couldn't accommodate me. When I booked this online, I selected the collection and delivery service as there wasn't a stated charge. With the branch in Leeds, I had selected to pay a \xa320 charge to use a curtesy car for the day, however with Cars2 in Wakefield I wasn't told that there would be a charge for delivery and collection, there was no transparency. Once my service had been completed, they called me and filled me in on the outcome but I was asked to pay \xa325 which I was surprised about. Good job I had it! I did some research after and generally this is more common if it's a more lengthy journey over 10 miles but I was just under 10 miles away, but yes it would have been nice to have been notified beforehand. Also, the car was collected quite late which impacted on my day. I had booked a collection 9-10am, however when I rang to check they would still be coming I was told that they didn't have set time slots, but that's not what the booking system said, so this is misleading. For my next service/MOT, I will be booking well in advance with Hyundai Leeds.
