I reported a faulty seat heater in November and was made to wait 10 weeks for a diagnostic appointment. Despite this massive lead time, the management of the repair was a shambles. Cars 2 kept my vehicle for two days, only to inform me they had ordered the wrong part. They then claimed the correct part is unavailable in the UK, meaning the 10-week wait was entirely wasted. When I raised the fact that I’d been left without a car for 48 hours due to their administrative error, the dealership refused to take any accountability. Their formal response was to hide behind legal technicalities, stating that because they didn't sell me the car, they have no obligation to provide a reasonable standard of service for warranty work. If you didn’t buy your car directly from this group, expect to be treated as a second-class customer. They are happy to take the manufacturer's money for warranty labor but won't take responsibility for their own workshop errors. Absolute lack of accountability. Avoid.
