Brought a vw touran off them turbo kept going said they fixed it but sadly didn’t after the third time of going back it was patched up . But sadly only a year it I’ve had constant problems with them . I would if I was you looking for a car not bother with these . Do be warned I wouldn’t want anyone having the problems I’ve had .Dear Car motion 3 times you had the car back three times you promised you had fixed it and didn’t , so sadly how could I trust you . This was an awful experience and stress . So I’ve a right to say to people please just be aware , if you choose to buy a car from them please be careful . As I’m now out of pocket of 4,995 . And now have to buy a new car because of the problems . CAR MOTION JUST TO ADD TO YOUR RESPONSE I MIGHT ADD , I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK 3 TIMES IF YOU CHECKED YOUR RECORDS AND STILL YOU DIDN’T SORT IT . AND I WILL STICK BY WHAT I SAID TOU WHERE HAPPY TO LEAVE A HONEST FAMILY OUT OF POCKET NOT JUST BY A LITTLE BUT BY 4995. WHICH IS A DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

A happy customer. I popped in to Carmotion to view a white Vauxhall Astra 1.4 turbo, i was greeted by Blake & John, father & son who immediately assured me of recent work done by them by showing me parts receipts including a new timing chain. Straight away i felt at ease and within half an hour i was going through a finance deal to Aquire the car. All was accepted within 20 minutes and they assured me of a years AA cover and also ( six months warranty ) which is fantastic as most provide three months. I collected the car the day after and was so chuffed. A week later i noticed a slight noise inside the car around the gear change area, John was so nice to go out for a drive with me to listen giving me his expert advice on the noise which was nothing major to be concerned about and helped grease a couple of parts to ease the problem with him quoting the Six month warranty and to pop in anytime. I drove away feeling very reassured. For those of you out there who have had bad experiences i 100% recommend Carmotion to you. I work in retail and with my visits i can say that John & Blake provide what i would call ‘ good old fashioned customer service ‘ which is refreshing. With a years AA cover/ 6 months warranty and great personalised customer engagement “ how can you go wrong “ These chaps have got it right and very nice people to chat to also. I wish them all the success they deserve. Onwards & upwards guys and thank you so much. Tony

Went back a second time here to get my second car from Carmotion, got a great deal for part exchange and I'll keep going back because the owners John and Sue are both warm and welcoming. A lovely example of a great family run business. …
