I was pleased with Carbase Weston Super Mare and would recommend them because they looked after me well, were efficient and Neil explained everything well. Two caveats however: a) the car was on for around £16500, but the night before my test drive (and they knew I was coming from one hour away) the price was raised to around £17100; I would have walked away irrespective of the car at that point re: sharp practice, but Neil, knowing that, requested that the director responsible lowered the price to what it was the day before, which he, apparently reluctantly, agreed to do. b) Time was short on both the test drive appointment and the pick up appointment and, although i had asked for it, the piece of paper with written assurance that the forecourt funding would be lifted in a fortnight after purchase, was forgotten about. So far so good though. I am reasonably happy with the outcome and am glad I bought the car from a professional garage with a good aftercare package.
Carbase Weston Super Mare were fantastic because they have a great range of cars at fantastic prices. Neil came with me on a test drive as i was nervous having never driven an automatic. Neil put my fears at ease and was very helpful explaining everything . Back at Carbase Neil was proffesional answering all of my questions and explaining finanance deals , also warrenty offers. He got me a good price for my trade in car and i took up the extra 6 month warrenty. Well done Neil, you worked above and beyond with your Sales teqnique and kindness shown. Any freinds or family looking to buy a car in the future then i will certainly be sending them your way.
I'd recommend Carbase Weston Super Mare because I had a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find a car that suited both my budget and what I was looking for. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, from viewing the car to sorting out the paperwork. The car was presented in great condition and everything was explained clearly before I drove away. I’d definitely recommend Carbase to anyone looking for a reliable used car dealership with helpful staff and a good selection of vehicles.
I was happy with the pre purchase service at Carbase Weston Super Mare as they were responsive in a timely manner. Test drive was good and Neil did a great job and explained everything. Only bit I was unhappy with was the electronic delivery of paperwork around the purchase which I needed to chase twice for. This may have been due to the weekend, but an acknowledgement by SMS of the query and an update would have provided a better customer experience.
