Great service from everyone at Car Quay! From arranging the viewing and test drive to getting delivery, everyone has been friendly and helpful and giving us whatever has been asked about the car. Car manual was missing and has been ordered. There was some extra miles on the clock as well and we were given a cash refund as a dealer gesture. Fresh MOT was done and with 3 month warranty on car, though we didnt find any extended warranty due to age of car. Overall very happy with the car and sale process. Definitely recommend for your car purchase, Car Quay has over 100 in stock in their yard!
I was pleasantly surprised in the way in which the total transaction was handled my input was minimal but the process ticked all the boxes. This is the second car I\u2019ve purchased from Car Quay, and I honestly can\u2019t fault them. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout the whole process. I\u2019d personally highly recommend Andy, he was fantastic both times I bought a car. He really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, helped guide me through my options, and made sure I found the right car for me. Andy was supportive, patient, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I'm a bit sad that I can't give them 200 stars. I've purchased a car a month ago from them, for quite an amount. I must mention at the very beginning, that these guys know what they are talking about. The car was taken to their inventory but they had no time to have it checked out and put a new MOT on it, because I wanted to take it immediately. (this will be relevant), the car had known flaws that I have accepted at the sale, and we put it into the purchase agreement, got a good discount for them. I've MOT'd the car next week without advisories. After this we had every issue possible, payment failure on the spot from my side (bank blocked the transaction, ended up paying with multiple cards). Later it turned out the car was not HPI clear (there was a legacy finance entry on it, previously satisfied, but the finance company didn't remove the charge), they've got it sorted within 2 days. 2 weeks later it turned out the climate condenser was leaking, and it needed a new condenser (the car is a tesla, still under warranty, only one who could touch it was tesla service to keep the warranty). This was not listed as the known flaws, because it was a well hidden issue (bought the car in march in the UK, there was no need for A/C at the time). Although A/C condenser is not under warranty, and I have accepted this fact they've used their discretion and contributed to the repair costs without any hassle. I've just emailed them the garage's quote and they've offered to pay half, even knowing they could've just said no. Overall my total purchase experience was fantastic, their after-sales care is oustanding, and I can only recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a car with a peace of mind! Special thanks to Andy and Jamie for their great attitute to any issue arisen. If every car dealer would take a responsibility like this, we wouldn't have to think if their slightly higher prices worth it. I'll definitely will buy my next car from them too.
This garage has been great from start to finish with my purchase of a porsche 981. I have dealt with Jack and he has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He has been very knowledgeable and helpful - nothing has been too much to ask at all, and the car so far seems in great condition with one or two small things which Jack is straightaway working to rectify. Both the staff and the business as a whole have been impeccable, I have not got a bad word to say against them.
Following putting a deposit down on a car at Car Qyay unfortunately I changed my mind, this had nothing to do with the garage at all. Megan was amazing and returned the deposit with no quibble and not having to chase. Amazing to see service like this. These days. I would definitely purchase from this company in the future.
