5 star customer service really nice salesmanI asked for extra videos and pictures before heading over to Oldham they did with no fuss Buying the car was simple straight forward no hassle Unfortunately the same day I bought my car I had abs sensor go so I called them up explained and they gave me the option of having it fixed local at a garage of my choice or go back and get their mechanic to sort it,I opted to take it back to them and they fixed the issue the same day free of charge and even paid for my fuel. I would definitely recommend this garage if your looking for a car get your self over to these
Got a car from these guys a few weeks ago been meaning to leave a review the car did have a little issue which the guys booked in for me immediately and sorted me a courtesy car in the meantime constant contact and swift replies after the mess we had with the last car we got I\u2019m so glad we chose to get from these guys this time customer service is on point and they actually show they care keep doing what you are doing :)
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within 24 hours the engine management light came on. I immediately contacted the dealership, provided photographic evidence of the warning light and also sent over a diagnostic report. Despite this, I faced repeated resistance when attempting to exercise my legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Rather than accepting rejection of a faulty vehicle, I was told to clear the faults and continue driving it to see if the warning light returned which you legally don\u2019t have to do. This was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a serious lack of accountability. The dealership was clearly trying to drag the situation out in the hopes I gave up and kept the faulty car, forcing me to escalate the matter through Citizens Advice and issue a formal Letter Before Action. Only after this and with further diagnostics confirming the fault returned did the dealership agree to take the vehicle back and provide a full refund. Although the refund was eventually processed, the entire experience was extremely disappointing and should never have reached that stage. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to look at all the reviews as there seems to be a pattern of similar issues coming from this dealership. If you do buy from this dealership ensure that you fully understand your consumer rights before making the purchase.
Can only give car house of britain a one star as we encountered nothing but problems with the car. However Adam the company manager was decent and did try to an extent solve the problem. Monday the we purchased a silver peugeot 2008. After takeing the car for a test drive we thought it was brilliant and just what we were looking for in a car, adam was amazing and patient with us while we sorted the finance out, and arranged for us to come back the following day to have a bulb replaced. Within an hour of us getting the car home we noticed a considerable amount of smoke from the engine bay. After a quick phone call to adam to make him aware he told me we were in safe hands and he would get it looked at the following day during the bulb change. Upon re picking the car up he told us that the smoke was excess oil and that it would stop in a day or two. The following week its still smoking I suspected an adblue leek which I advised adam on and the car went back. Within an hour it was ready to be picked up. The mechanic had topped it up with adblue. Half way home the car starts smokeing again with lights on the dash. I contacted adam and toom it straight back to him, they gave us a courtesy car which had worn bushes. We picked up the car Friday adam was confident that the problem was now resolved and that it should stop smoking they had replaced in his words a washer on the adlbue injector. The following day it starts smoking again. I let adam know again that there was still an issue. We then had to pay for a private inspection to be done. The inspection found that the vehicle had a coolent leek from the bottom hose due to a broken clip. It also found that it had a leek on the adblue injector (the same one he said they replaced a washer on) It also had a blocked dpf system An incorrect temp reading and should the car of had an MOT it would of failed due to head light beams. They knew the car had issues from the first phone call but chose to ignore my concerns and knowing I had two children that would be going in this car. Im extremely disappointed in the way I was ignored and brushed of with the same comment of "your in safe hands" It took and independent inspection and several other trips to my local garage for the Car house to actually listen to me. I would advise that if your thinking of getting a car from here that you take an independent mechanic with you to give the vehicle a good inspection.
